| This urban design work resulted in a ‘first’ for
planning in Ireland: an “eco residential business” zoning adopted by a Local
Authority. Commissioned by an enlightened
land-owner opposing an imminent threatened mandatory conventional industrial estate on her lands, this was a
signal success with unanimous cross party support among elected councillors. |
