Private Dwelling Cork .Replacing a ‘great house’,  burnt out at the very end of the civil war, the house is laid out on an astronomic  north-south axis and avails of oblique views of three lakes east and west in a eurythmic cadence to the south. 

The references to classic Irish houses, for example in the black and white tiled floor, are subsumed into a contemporary eco house.
